All About the Autosport International Show Day

Here at Speed of Sight, we have had an amazing start to the year thanks to the Autosport International Show Day that we attended on the 11th of January 2024. The Speed of Sight team was all in attendance at the show, eagerly awaiting the reveal of our newest track car. The latest track car is a new MEV Excorect named Baxtor. Although our new track car is absolutely amazing, and we cannot wait to use it on our first track day of the season, something else stole the show and caught us all by complete surprise...

Instead of receiving one car like we all expected, we received two! The whole team here at Speed of Sight would like to thank MEV Kit Cars for the extra surprise of a second car and want to give another huge thank you to all our sponsors who made it possible. Mike Newman, the founder of Speed of Sight, was extremely overwhelmed by the generosity shown and wants to give his own personal thanks to everybody involved in the process. This act of kindness took us all by surprise, and there was not a single dry eye in the room. The second car that was gifted to us was another MEV kit track car called Stanton!

Our two latest cars will be making their appearances at all the track day events we have planned for 2024 such as the Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan on the 25th of March 2024 and the Llandow Circuit in Cardiff on the 24th of July 2024.

As a whole, the day was fantastic as we were able to meet lots of new people, unveil two new cars, and overall spread the work of Speed of Sight more and more. Here at Speed of Sight, we make it our mission to give opportunity to children and adults of all abilities. We believe that our motor experience can help improve one's self-esteem, interaction skills, and mental well-being.
